(Part-Time)
We are seeking an experienced aesthetic injector to join our team. This position is ideal for a licensed medical provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner only) with a passion for aesthetic medicine and patient education. Qualifications: •Valid Indiana license as a PA or NP •2+ years of injectable experience preferred •Strong knowledge of neuromodulators and dermal fillers •Committed to safety, natural outcomes, and continuous learning •Part-time only (1-3 days per week)

Client Coordinator
(Part-Time, Entry-Level)
Our client coordinators are the heartbeat of our front-of-house experience. This is a patient-facing, entry-level position perfect for someone who is professional, friendly, and eager to grow within the industry. Responsibilities: •Greet and check in patients •Manage appointments and intake forms •Maintain treatment room readiness •Assist with retail and product education Requirements: •Strong communication and organizational skills •Comfortable with light administrative duties •Punctuality and professionalism •Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed

We are hiring a licensed aesthetician with a minimum of 3 years experience. Aesthetic professionals with an established clientele are strongly preferred. You’ll work alongside a supportive clinical team, with access to cutting-edge treatments and growth opportunities. Requirements: •Valid Indiana aesthetician license •3+ years of hands-on aesthetic experience •Proficient in Hydrafacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced skincare •Interest in training and leadership is a plus •Positive, team-oriented mindset

(Part-Time)
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented marketing specialist to support the promotion of our services and brand. This is a hands-on role that may expand to support other businesses in the future. Responsibilities: •Social media strategy, planning, and content creation •Video/photo capture and editing (iPhone, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva) •Website edits (Wix) and print materials (Vistaprint) •Email campaigns, flyers, in-office promotions Requirements: •Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut, and Photoshop •Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends •Ability to work independently and on a deadline •Part-time hours with flexibility
